Lachenmeier Combi Flex Heat Shrink Packaging Machine
The Lachenmeier Combi Flex is a flexible heat shrink packaging machine from Lachenmeier - where hood application and shrinking take place in one space-saving unit. The film hood is fed from the top of the machine, blown up like a balloon and in this way stretched to the largest possible extent, after which it is applied over the entire load. After application, the film hood is shrunk by means of heat and as a result is secured for transport. It is essential when shrink wrapping loads with bottom shrinking, that the pallet and load are kept tightly together as one unit.
One of the most significant advantages of this Lachenmeier shrink wrapping machine is that all four burners have separate motors and systems to assist when wrapping loads of different sizes. The heat distribution can be adjusted automatically to each single product. The longer the distance from the load to the burner, the larger the supply of heat. As a consequence, all four sides of the load are exposed to the same temperature during shrinking – this ensures the highest quality of shrink wrapping is achieved time after time.
All Lachenmeier installation machines are built to order for complete customisation and for the highest quality of craftsmanship.
